Every organisation's data is kept separate from every other's, enforced in the database (row-level security), not only in the application.

Sign-in uses RODMENA ID. Sensitive actions require a fresh, stronger sign-in.

Changes to records are written to a tamper-evident audit trail.

Higher-risk actions (for example terminations and special-category exports) are designed to need a second person's approval.
